Curried Fish Casserole
|Frozen fish fillets||16 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Chopped onions||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Canned condensed cream of mushroom soup/Cream of celery soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Curry powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Shredded cheddar cheese/American / swiss cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned french style green beans||16 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Soft bread crumbs||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Butter||1 Tablespoon, melted|
Cook fish according to package directions; drain.
Break into chunks.
Cook onion in 2 tablespoons butter till tender.
Add soup, milk, curry, pepper, and 1/2 cup of the cheese; stir till cheese melts.
Combine fish and beans in 10x6x2-inch baking dish.
Pour soup mixture over.
Mix remaining cheese, crumbs, and 1 tablespoon melted butter; sprinkle atop.
Bake in 375° oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
