Orange Ginger Fish
|Haddock fillets/Cod fillets||10 Ounce (1 Package Mrs. Paul'S Frozen Au Naturel)|
|Orange peel||1⁄2 Teaspoon, grated|
|Orange juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Teriyaki sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Chopped chives||1 Teaspoon|
|Grated ginger||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1. Arrange fish fillets in 12- by 8-inch microwave-safe baking dish, placing thicker portions toward edges of dish; reserve seasoning packet. Set aside.
2. Place butter in small microwave-safe bowl. Cover; microwave on high 20 seconds or until melted. Stir in orange peel, orange juice, teriyaki sauce, chives and ginger; pour over fish. Sprinkle with contents of seasoning packet.
3. Cover with vented plastic wrap; microwave on high 6 minutes or until fish is nearly done, rotating dish once during cooking. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
