Fish Steaks With Mushrooms
|Halibut fish/Other fish steaks||8 (Fresh Or Frozen)|
|Sliced mushrooms||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Green onions||2 , thinly sliced|
|Tomato||1 Medium, chopped|
|Green pepper||1 , chopped|
|Dry white wine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dried dill weed||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Thaw fish, if frozen.
Arrange in greased 13x9x2-inch baking dish.
Top with mushrooms, onions, tomato, and green pepper.
Combine wine, lemon juice, salt, dillweed, and pepper; pour over fish.
Cover; bake in 350° oven 25 minutes or till fish flakes easily when tested with fork.
Remove fish with spatula; top with vegetable mixture.
