Salmon Steaks With Asparagus And Peas
|Salmon steaks/Halibut steaks||1 1⁄2 Pound, pounded (Each About 1 Inch Thick, 4 Small Sized)|
|Chopped fresh rosemary/1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed||2 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Asparagus||1⁄2 Pound, cut into 2-inch pieces|
|Green grapes||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Fresh Or Frozen)|
1. Pat fish steaks dry. Arrange fish, thickest parts to outside edges, in square dish, 8 x 8 x 2 inches. Sprinkle with salt, rosemary and lemon juice. Arrange asparagus and peas on fish.
2. Cover tightly and microwave on high 9 to 10 minutes, rotating dish 1/2 turn after 5 minutes, until fish flakes easily with fork and vegetables are crisp-tender. Serve with lemon wedges.
