Potato Fish Fillets

Ingredients
  Frozen haddock fillets 32 Ounce, thawed (2 Packages, 16 Ounce Each)
  Garlic salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Powdered packaged instant mashed potatoes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salad oil 3 Tablespoon
  Canned chicken broth 13 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)
  Powdered packaged instant mashed potatoes 3 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Dried parsley flakes 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Separate fillets; cut into serving-size pieces.
Sprinkle both sides with garlic salt.
Roll fillets in the 1/2 cup instant mashed potatoes.
Set electric skillet at 380°; in skillet fry fish in hot oil till browned, turning once.
Remove from skillet to warm serving platter.
Combine remaining ingredients in skillet; simmer, stirring constantly, till thickened.
Pass hot sauce with fish.
