Sardine Mystery Salad
|Onion dip||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Commercial sour cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Shredded cabbage||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Sliced black olives||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Tomatoes||2 , peeled|
|Sardines||2 Can (20 oz)|
|Hard-cooked egg slices||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
Combine the first three ingredients, blending smoothly, then toss with the cabbage, olives and diced drained tomatoes.
Pile into a bowl lined with shredded lettuce or endive.
Top with drained sardines and egg slices.
Sprinkle with parsley.
