Creamy Baked Fish Fillets
|White fish fillet||1 Pound (2 medium or 1 large, fresh or frozen)|
|Dried thyme/Tarragon||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Commercial sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped unblanched almonds||2 Tablespoon|
1. Start: heating oven to 350Â°F.
2. In 12-by-8-by-2-inch baking dish lay fish fillet; sprinkle with salt, pepper, and thyme.
3. Bake 20 minutes; then top with sour cream and almonds; bake 10 to 15 minutes longer, or until fish flakes easily, but is still moist. Serve at once.
