Creamy Baked Fish Fillets

Ingredients
  White fish fillet 1 Pound (2 medium or 1 large, fresh or frozen)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Dried thyme/Tarragon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Commercial sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped unblanched almonds 2 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Start: heating oven to 350°F.
2. In 12-by-8-by-2-inch baking dish lay fish fillet; sprinkle with salt, pepper, and thyme.
3. Bake 20 minutes; then top with sour cream and almonds; bake 10 to 15 minutes longer, or until fish flakes easily, but is still moist. Serve at once.
