Ingredients
  Frozen fish fillets 14 Ounce, separated by plastic (1 package)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Seasoning salt To Taste
  Instant potato flakes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (adjust quantity as needed)
  Tartar sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Thick tomato slices 6
  Gruyere cheese/Swiss cheese 2 Ounce, shredded
  Dry bread crumbs 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Preheat oven to 450F.
Separate fillets and brush with lemon juice.
Sprinkle with seasoning salt and dredge with potato flakes.
Arrange in a shallow buttered bake pan.
Top each fillet with a thick slice of tomato.
Bake for 8 minutes.
Spoon tartare sauce over tomato and fish.
Sprinkle with cheese and crumbs.
Bake 4 minutes or until fish flakes.
Broil 1 minute or until lightly browned.
