|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Seasoning salt||To Taste|
|Instant potato flakes||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (adjust quantity as needed)|
|Tartar sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Thick tomato slices||6|
|Gruyere cheese/Swiss cheese||2 Ounce, shredded|
|Dry bread crumbs||2 Tablespoon|
Preheat oven to 450F.
Separate fillets and brush with lemon juice.
Sprinkle with seasoning salt and dredge with potato flakes.
Arrange in a shallow buttered bake pan.
Top each fillet with a thick slice of tomato.
Bake for 8 minutes.
Spoon tartare sauce over tomato and fish.
Sprinkle with cheese and crumbs.
Bake 4 minutes or until fish flakes.
Broil 1 minute or until lightly browned.
