Cheesy Caesar Fish Fillets
|Fish fillets||1 1⁄2 Pound, cut into serving pieces|
|Caesar salad dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dry bread crumbs||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Dried parsley flakes||1 Tablespoon|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1. Preheat microwave browning grill for 8 minutes on HIGH.
2. Pat fish dry with paper towels. Dip fish into salad dressing; coat with mixture of bread crumbs and parsley.
3. Spray surface of preheated grill with vegetable non-stick coating or grease lightly. Place fillets on grill.
4. Microwave for 2 minutes on HIGH. Turn fillets over and top with cheese. Continue cooking for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes, on HIGH, or until fish flakes easily.
