Butter Fried Whitefish

Ingredients
  Whitefish fillets/Mullet /bream 6
  Seasoned flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Skin and bone fillets, if not done by fishmonger, dip in seasoned flour.
Melt butter in frying pan; fry fillets until cooked on one side, turn and cook on the other side.
