Door County Fish Boil
|Whitefish chunks||16 (2 Inch Slices)|
|Red potatoes||16 Small (With Ends Cut Off)|
|Onions||16 Small, peeled|
Add 1/4 lb. of salt to water and bring to a boil.
Add potatoes to water and boil for 16 min Add onions and boil for 4 min more.
Add fish and 1/4 lb. salt.
Boil for 10 min then drain into colander.
Yields 8 servings.
Serve with melted butter, lemon, cole slaw and bread or rolls.
Add a slice of Door County cherry pie for dessert.
