Door County Fish Boil

Ingredients
  Whitefish chunks 16 (2 Inch Slices)
  Red potatoes 16 Small (With Ends Cut Off)
  Onions 16 Small, peeled
  Salt 1⁄2 Pound
  Water 2 Gallon
Directions

Add 1/4 lb. of salt to water and bring to a boil.
Add potatoes to water and boil for 16 min Add onions and boil for 4 min more.
Add fish and 1/4 lb. salt.
Boil for 10 min then drain into colander.
Yields 8 servings.
Serve with melted butter, lemon, cole slaw and bread or rolls.
Add a slice of Door County cherry pie for dessert.
