Seared Salmon W/ Roasted Fingerling Potatoes&cipollini Onions. Salsa Sauce

Ingredients
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
  Salmon fillet 7 Ounce
  Olive oil 4 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
  Yukon gold potatoes 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), cut it into small dice (Purple Fingering, Blanched In Salted Boil Water For 5 Minutes)
  Pearl onions 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Cipollini, Blanched In Boil Water For 2 Minutes)
  Ground thyme 1 Tablespoon
  Dried oregano 1 Tablespoon (Use Fingers To Crumble It So It Will Release The Aroma)
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Minced garlic 1 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Tomato concasse 1 Tablespoon (Tomato Concasse Means: Blanched Tomato, Shocked In Ice Bath, Skinned, Seeded And Cut Into Really Small Size.)
  Kalamata olives 1 Teaspoon, finely chopped
  Roasted red pepper 1 Teaspoon, finely chopped
  Lemon segment 1 Teaspoon, chopped
  Lemon 1 , juiced
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), finely minced
  Red onion 1 Teaspoon, finely chopped
  Fresh parsley 1 Tablespoon, finely minced
  Extra virgin olive oil 2 Ounce
Directions

Gently rinse the salmon filet and use a paper towel to pat it dry. Sprinkle pinch of salt and pepper on both side and lightly dredge skin side w/ flour. In medium hot pan add 4 Tbs of olive oil and seared the salmon skin side first for about 2 minute until golden brown. Then seared the other side for another minutes, place the salmon in the oven @ 375F for 8 minutes. Tossed the potatoes and cipollini onions w/thyme, oregano, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper and olive oil, roasted for 20 minutes @ 375F oven. Lastly, mix all the cold sauce ingredients together.

that is a long recipe name - i am scared. but you do say that the name shouldnt fool me - since i love salmon i will try it - thanksĀ
