Beer Batter Fish

Ingredients
  Biscuit mix/Pancake mix 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Egg 1 , well beaten
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Beer 1 Can (10 oz) (Room Temperature)
Directions

In a medium bowl mix biscuit mix, salt, egg and enough beer to make a medium batter.
Drain fish fillets on paper towel.
Pat dry-Cut into 2-inch cubes or strips.
Dip in batter and drop into hot oil.
Cook 3-5 minutes or until golden brown.
