My Favorite Fish Dish

Ingredients
  Fillets 2 Pound
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 4 Tablespoon
  Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), buttered
  Melted butter 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon (For breadcrumbs)
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, minced
Directions

Arrange fillets in greased baking pan.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, paprika and lemon juice.
Melt margarine and blend in flour and mustard.
Add milk slowly, making a white sauce.
Season with salt and pepper.
Pour over fillets.
Combine bread crumbs and melted butter.
Sprinkle crumbs and parsley over fillets.
Bake uncovered at 350° for 30 min.
