Buttered Fish Fillets
|Whitefish fillets||1 1⁄4 Pound|
1. Melt butter in a glass custard cup or glass measuring cup in microwave oven (about 15 seconds at HIGH).
2. Put fish into a 2-quart glass baking dish, brush with melted butter and sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika. Cover with waxed paper. Cook in microwave oven 3 minutes at HIGH, or until fish flakes when tested with a fork.
