Swordfish Steaks With Lime And Coriander
|Swordfish steaks/Halibut steaks||1 Pound (About 3/4 In/2 Cm Thick)|
|Lime||1 , juiced|
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped fresh coriander/1/2 teaspoon ground coriander||2 Tablespoon|
|Freshly ground pepper||To Taste|
|Lime wedges||4 (For Garnish)|
|Coriander sprig||1 (Fresh, For Garnish)|
Place fish in single layer in shallow dish.
Sprinkle with lime juice, oil and coriander; cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes or up to 4 hours, turning once or twice.
Broil or grill fish for 5 to 8 minutes or until fish is opaque and flakes easily when tested with fork.
If grilling, turn halfway through.
(Time will vary depending upon thickness offish, about 10 minutes per in/2.5 cm of thickness.) Sprinkle with pepper to taste.
Garnish each serving with lime wedges and sprigs of fresh coriander.
