Swordfish Steaks With Lime And Coriander

  Swordfish steaks/Halibut steaks 1 Pound (About 3/4 In/2 Cm Thick)
  Lime 1 , juiced
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh coriander/1/2 teaspoon ground coriander 2 Tablespoon
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
  Lime wedges 4 (For Garnish)
  Coriander sprig 1 (Fresh, For Garnish)

Place fish in single layer in shallow dish.
Sprinkle with lime juice, oil and coriander; cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes or up to 4 hours, turning once or twice.
Broil or grill fish for 5 to 8 minutes or until fish is opaque and flakes easily when tested with fork.
If grilling, turn halfway through.
(Time will vary depending upon thickness offish, about 10 minutes per in/2.5 cm of thickness.) Sprinkle with pepper to taste.
Garnish each serving with lime wedges and sprigs of fresh coriander.
