|Fresh butter||2 Ounce|
Wash and dry the fish thoroughly with a cloth; arrange them in a flat baking-dish.
Cover with fine breadcrumbs and place dabs of butter over them.
Season and bake for 15 min Just before serving, add a squeeze of lemon juice and garnish with fried parsley and cut lemon.
