|Firm tomatoes/Null||4 Large, halved and seeded (Null)|
|Hard-boiled eggs/Null||2 , finely chopped (Null)|
|Canned tuna/Null||7 Ounce, drained, flaked (1 Can, 200 Gram)|
|Capers/Null||2 Teaspoon (10 Milliliter)|
|Chopped fresh parsley/Null||1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)|
|Mayonnaise/Null||45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)|
|Pepper/Null||To Taste (Null)|
|Stuffed olives/Null||4 , halved (Null)|
Turn the tomato shells upside down to drain.
Meanwhile, place all the remaining ingredients, except the olives, in a small bowl and mix well.
Pile the mixture into the tomato shells and garnish with the olives.
