|Neufchatel cheese/Cream cheese||8 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Brisling sardines||3 3⁄4 Ounce, drained and mashed (1 Can, In Olive Oil)|
|Rye melba toast||24|
In a small bowl, stir together cheese and sardines.
Spread on toast and top each portion with about 1/2 teaspoon ginger.
