Sardine Appetizers

Ingredients
  Neufchatel cheese/Cream cheese 8 Ounce (1 Package)
  Brisling sardines 3 3⁄4 Ounce, drained and mashed (1 Can, In Olive Oil)
  Rye melba toast 24
Directions

In a small bowl, stir together cheese and sardines.
Spread on toast and top each portion with about 1/2 teaspoon ginger.
