Omelette With Anchovies

Ingredients
  Anchovy paste/8 anchovy fillets 3 Tablespoon
  Eggs 6
  Thin cream/Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

If anchovy fillets are used, line the bottom of a greased baking dish with the fillets.
The egg mixture will be poured over them.
Separate the eggs, and beat the egg whites until stiff.
Set them aside.
Mix the anchovy paste with the egg yolks.
Add the cream.
Fold the egg whites into this mixture.
Bake the mixture at 325°F for 20 minutes or until it is set in the center.
