Firecracker Grilled Mahi Mahi

Ingredients
  Mahi mahi fillets 4 (4 ounce each)
  Peanut oil 1 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Balsamic vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Scallions 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Brown sugar 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon, grated
  Red chili flakes 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Place fillets in glass dish.
Whisk together remaining ingredients and pour over Mahi Mahi.
Cover with plastic wrap and marinate in refrigerator 4-6 hours.
Remove fish from marinade and place on grill, five inches from coals.
Grill 10 minutes per inch of thickness, or until fish flakes when tested with a fork.
Turn halfway through cooking.
