Baked Stuffed Fish

Ingredients
  Fish/Null 10 Pound, cleaned (Salmon / Cod / Snapper / Lake Trout)
  Vegetable stuffing/Null 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Null)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted
  Salad oil/Null 1⁄8 Cup (2 tbs)
  Lemon juice/Null 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt/Null To Taste (Null)
  Pepper/Null To Taste (Null)
Directions

Heat oven to 350°.
Wash fish quickly in cold water and pat dry.
Rub cavity with salt and pepper; stuff with Garden Vegetable Stuffing.
Close opening with skewers and lace with string.
Brush fish with salad oil; place in open shallow roasting pan.
Bake about 1 1/2 hours or until fish flakes easily with fork, basting occasionally with mixture of butter and lemon juice during baking
