Baked Stuffed Fish
|Fish/Null||10 Pound, cleaned (Salmon / Cod / Snapper / Lake Trout)|
|Vegetable stuffing/Null||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Null)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted|
|Salad oil/Null||1⁄8 Cup (2 tbs)|
|Lemon juice/Null||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Salt/Null||To Taste (Null)|
|Pepper/Null||To Taste (Null)|
Heat oven to 350°.
Wash fish quickly in cold water and pat dry.
Rub cavity with salt and pepper; stuff with Garden Vegetable Stuffing.
Close opening with skewers and lace with string.
Brush fish with salad oil; place in open shallow roasting pan.
Bake about 1 1/2 hours or until fish flakes easily with fork, basting occasionally with mixture of butter and lemon juice during baking
