Baked Fish With Butter
|Fish fillets/Steaks||2 Pound|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Onion||1 Teaspoon, grated|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted|
Heat oven to 350°.
If fillets are large, cut into serving pieces.
Season with salt and pepper.
Mix juice, onion and butter.
Dip fish into butter mixture; place in greased square pan, 9x9x2 inches.
Pour remaining butter mixture over fish.
Bake uncovered 25 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
If desired, sprinkle with paprika.
