Mint, Fish and Tofu Sandwich

A great combination the mint, fish and tofu sandwich has it all. A delicious blend of ingredients is sure to result in a yummy delight. Here’s presenting a sandwich that is just right for your cravings.
  Bread slices 8
  Fish fillet/Tofu, 150 gram 250 Gram
  Mint leaves 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Coriander leaves 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Green chillies 4
  Onion 1 Small
  Garlic flakes 6
  Ginger slice 1
  Cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Roasted gram 3 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Lime juice To Taste
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon

Apply salt, freshly crushed back pepper and lime juice to taste to the fish.
Leave aside for 10 minutes. Steam for10 minutes. Cool and chop.
If using tofu, cut it into small pieces and toss in salt, freshly ground black pepper and lime juice to taste.
Spread the bread slices with chutney and sandwich two slices together with fish or tofu.
Make four sandwiches. Cut each sandwich into two parts.
For Mint and Coriander Chutney :
Grind all the ingredients together. (You will not need any water as the onion and the green leaves will give out enough moisture to grind the ingredients to a paste)
Makes 8 sandwiches
