Curried Fish Casserole

  Smoked fish 500 Gram
  Butter 30 Gram
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter 1 Teaspoon, melted (Extra Required)
  Onion 1 Large, sliced
  Curry powder 2 Teaspoon
  Butter 1 Tablespoon, melted (Extra Required)
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  White wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Grated cheese 1⁄2 (Tasty Cheese)
  Paprika To Taste
  Boiling water 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste

1. Place fish in shallow dish, dot each fillet with butter, pour in milk, cook on HIGH for four to five minutes or until flesh flakes. Drain, leave to stand covered.
2. Combine butter, onion and curry powder in bowl cook on HIGH for four minutes. Stir once during cooking.
3. Place remaining butter and flour in bowl, cook on HIGH for one minute, stir in combined milk, wine and mayonnaise. Season to taste. Cook on HIGH for four minutes, stir twice during cooking
4. Remove skin and bones from fish. Flake. Place fish, curried onions and sauce in alternative layers in a greased shallow dish finishing with sauce. Top with cheese and dust lightly with paprika, cook on MEDIUM for ten minutes. Stand covered
