Fish Baked With Sesame Seed

Ingredients
  Red onion 1 Medium, sliced
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Sesame seed 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), toasted
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic clove 1 Small, finely chopped
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Ground red pepper 1 Dash
  Olive oil/Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Dry bread crumbs 2 Tablespoon
  Snipped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Perch fillets 1 Pound
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Ripe olives 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Cook and stir onion in 1 tablespoon oil until tender.
Mix sesame seed, water, garlic, salt, lemon juice and red pepper.
Lightly brush square baking dish, 8 x 8 x 2 inches, with oil; sprinkle with bread crumbs and 2 tablespoons parsley.
Pat fish dry with paper towels; ar range in baking dish.
Pour sesame seed mixture over fish; top with onion.
Cook uncovered in 400° oven until fish flakes easily with fork, 20 to 25 minutes.
Garnish with parsley and ripe olives.
