Easiest Ever Fish Steaks In Foil
|Salmon/Halibut, swordfish/ shark steaks 1-inch thick||1 Pound|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Reduced fat margarine||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Preheat oven to 450°F.
Spray 18-inch square of heavy-duty aluminum foil with nonstick cooking spray.
Arrange fish steaks in center of foil.
Sprinkle with lemon juice then grated peel.
Lightly sprinkle with paprika; dot with margarine.
Bring two sides of foil together above fish; fold down several times to secure.
Fold in short ends of foil to secure.
Place on baking sheet.
Bake for 11-12 minutes, or until fish is opaque and flakes easily with fork.
Remove from foil and spoon pan drippings over fish.
