Swordfish Steaks With Middle Eastern Flavors

Ingredients
  Swordfish steaks 16 Ounce (About 3/4-Inch Thick)
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Minced jalapeno/Other hot peppers 2
  Vegetable oil 4 Teaspoon (Preferably Canola Oil)
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Ground turmeric 1 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Ground cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Ground black pepper To Taste
Directions

Place swordfish steaks in a shallow glass dish.
In a small bowl, combine all remaining ingredients.
Spread mixture over both sides of fish.
Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Prepare a charcoal fire or preheat a gas grill.
Once the fire is at medium heat, grill the steaks for 4 to 5 minutes per side.
The flesh should be opaque.
Remove from the grill.
