Broiled Marinated Fish Steaks

Ingredients
  Fish steaks 1 1⁄2 Pound, cut 1 inch thick
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Tarragon vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Ground black pepper 2 Teaspoon
  Bay leaf 1
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Rinse fish and pat dry.
Set aside.
In a shallow glass pan, combine all ingredients except fish.
Stir to mix well.
Add fish steaks.
Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours, turning occasionally.
Preheat broiler.
Remove steaks from marinade and arrange on a foil-covered broiler pan.
Baste with marinade.
Broil 3 inches from heat about 10 minutes, or until fish flakes easily.
