Sardines Nicoise

Ingredients
  Canned tomatoes 8 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Seasoning To Taste
  Canned sardines 5 Ounce (1 Medium Size Can)
  Bread slice 4
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Anchovy fillets 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Olives 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Turn the tomatoes into a pan, add seasoning and simmer until a thick pulp.
Mash the sardines, season lightly.
Toast the bread.
Butter, then spread with the sardines.
Heat under the broiler for a few minutes.
Top with the tomato pulp, anchovy fillets and olives.
