Rice Ringed Fish

Ingredients
  Frozen fish fillets 1 Pound, thawed
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon, melted
  Canned mushrooms 4 Ounce (1 Can)
  Uncooked regular rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Canned cream of shrimp soup 10 3⁄4 Ounce, undiluted (1 Can)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Separate fillets and arrange skin side down, in a greased baking pan.
Brush with butter and season.
Bake at 375° for 15 minutes.
Spread soup over fillets and bake 15 additional minutes.
