Rice Ringed Fish
|Frozen fish fillets||1 Pound, thawed|
|Butter/Margarine||2 Tablespoon, melted|
|Canned mushrooms||4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Uncooked regular rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned cream of shrimp soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce, undiluted (1 Can)|
Separate fillets and arrange skin side down, in a greased baking pan.
Brush with butter and season.
Bake at 375° for 15 minutes.
Spread soup over fillets and bake 15 additional minutes.
