Fish Fry In Green Masala

Ingredients
  Fish fillets 500 Gram
  Coriander sprigs 3
  Lemon juice 5 Teaspoon
  Green chilies 5
  Salt To Taste
  Turmeric 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ginger garlic paste 2 Teaspoon
  Suji 50 Gram
  Oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (for shallow frying)
Directions

Wash the fish fillets delicately. Smear salt, turmeric,lime juice & ginger/- garlic paste all over and marinate it for 1/-2 an hour. Make a paste of green chillies and coriander leaves an mix well with the fish fillets.
Take a fryig pan,add oil to it and let the oil become hot enough. Take suji on a plate , roll the fish fillet one at a time over it and fry in the pan. Shallow fry the fish. Turn to the next side and cover the pan. Keep for sometime and turn it again. You may add 3-4 pcs.at a time for frying in same process. Once the fish turns crispy it means the fish fry is ready. Take it out on a serving dish and serve it hot. Garnish the fish fry with onion rings.
