Steamed Fish With Black Beans
|Whole white fish||1 , cleaned and scaled|
|Salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter)|
|Salted black beans||30 Milliliter, washed and drained (2 Tablespoon)|
|Finely minced garlic||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Ginger slices||2 , finely shredded|
|Crushed red pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon (1 Milliliter)|
|Soy sauce||1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)|
|Oil||2 Teaspoon (10 Milliliter)|
|Green onion stalks||1 , cut into 2 inch strips|
1. Dry fish fillet and sprinkle with salt.
2. Combine salted black beans, ginger, chili pepper and garlic in a bowl and mash into a paste. Mix well with soy sauce and oil.
3. Rub fillet with black bean sauce mixture. Place green onion on top.
4. Steam over high heat for approximately 7-8 minutes
