Steamed Fish With Black Beans

Ingredients
  Whole white fish 1 , cleaned and scaled
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter)
  Salted black beans 30 Milliliter, washed and drained (2 Tablespoon)
  Finely minced garlic 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Ginger slices 2 , finely shredded
  Crushed red pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon (1 Milliliter)
  Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
  Oil 2 Teaspoon (10 Milliliter)
  Green onion stalks 1 , cut into 2 inch strips
Directions

1. Dry fish fillet and sprinkle with salt.
2. Combine salted black beans, ginger, chili pepper and garlic in a bowl and mash into a paste. Mix well with soy sauce and oil.
3. Rub fillet with black bean sauce mixture. Place green onion on top.
4. Steam over high heat for approximately 7-8 minutes
