Broiled Fish Surprise
|Fish fillets||2 Pound (Fresh / Frozen)|
|Melted butter/Margarine||2 Tablespoon|
|Tomato sauce||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Onion||1 Medium, chopped|
|Shredded sharp cheddar cheese||4 Ounce (1 Cup)|
Thaw frozen fish; cut into 6 portions.
Arrange fish, skin side down, in a well-greased baking pan; brush with butter.
Sprinkle with salt.
Broil about 3 inches from heat about 8 minutes.
Pour tomato sauce over fish; sprinkle with onion and cheese.
