Garlic And Anchovy Dip
|Butter/Margarine||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Olive oil||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Anchovy fillets||8 , chopped|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Vegetable dippers||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Assorted Raw Such As Asparagus, Carrots, Cauliflower, Celery, Radishes, Green Peppers, And Mushrooms)|
|Italian bread||1 , sliced|
In saucepan heat butter or margarine and olive oil.
Add anchovy fillets and garlic.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, till anchovies dissolve into a paste.
Transfer to a small fondue pot; place over fondue burner.
Dip raw vegetables and Italian bread slices into the hot mixture.
