Garlic And Anchovy Dip

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Olive oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Anchovy fillets 8 , chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Vegetable dippers 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Assorted Raw Such As Asparagus, Carrots, Cauliflower, Celery, Radishes, Green Peppers, And Mushrooms)
  Italian bread 1 , sliced
Directions

In saucepan heat butter or margarine and olive oil.
Add anchovy fillets and garlic.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, till anchovies dissolve into a paste.
Transfer to a small fondue pot; place over fondue burner.
Dip raw vegetables and Italian bread slices into the hot mixture.
