1 Cup (16 tbs) (Assorted Raw Such As Asparagus, Carrots, Cauliflower, Celery, Radishes, Green Peppers, And Mushrooms)

In saucepan heat butter or margarine and olive oil.
Add anchovy fillets and garlic.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, till anchovies dissolve into a paste.
Transfer to a small fondue pot; place over fondue burner.
Dip raw vegetables and Italian bread slices into the hot mixture.
