Swordfish Baja Style
|Olive oil||6 Tablespoon|
|Sliced green onions||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Tomato||1 Large, seeded and chopped|
lace swordfish in a single layer in a baking dish; brush well with oil.
Sprinkle with green onions.
Bake, uncovered, in a 350° oven until fish is just slightly translucent or wet inside when cut (15 to 20 minutes).
Transfer fish to a serving platter and sprinkle with parsley and tomato.
Offer with lime wedges.
