Fish Fillets With Lemon Rice
|Quick cooking rice||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), uncooked|
|Chopped onion/1 tablespoon instant minced onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Parsley flakes/1 tablespoon minced parsley||1 Teaspoon|
|Powdered thyme/Poultry seasoning||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Water||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Fish fillets||1 Pound, thawed (Fresh / Frozen)|
In 2-quart (8 x 8) baking dish, combine uncooked rice, onion, salt, parsley, thyme, lemon juice and water; mix well.
Arrange fillets on mixture.
Dot with butter; sprinkle with paprika.
Cook covered with wax paper or plastic wrap, 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
Let stand, covered, 2 minutes to finish cooking.
