Minced Fish

Ingredients
  Fish 1 1⁄2 Pound (Cod / Haddock / Salmon)
  Salt 2 Tablespoon
  Butter 1⁄4 Pound
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Milk/Cream 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Remove all skin and bones from the fish.
With a spoon or an electric blender mince the fish until it is a fine, smooth mixture.
Add the salt, and mince a little longer.
In a separate bowl cream the butter and add the flour and pepper.
Add the butter mixture to the fish.
Add 1 teaspoon of milk and work the mixture again.
Add milk by teaspoonfuls only until the mixture is soft, not mushy.
Put the minced fish into a greased baking dish.
Set the baking dish in a pan of hot water and bake it at 350°F for about 1 hour.
