Baked Spiced Tilapia Fillet

Ingredients
  Tilapia fillets 24 Ounce (4 Fresh Fillets, 6 Ounce Each)
  Melted butter 1 Tablespoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground red pepper 1 Dash
Directions

Preheat oven in Convection Bake to 375°F (*350°F).
Brush fish with melted butter.
Combine paprika, salt, lemon pepper, dry mustard, garlic powder and red pepper. Sprinkle evenly over fish.
Place fish in 2-quart (7" x 11") baking dish.
Convection Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
