Ingredients
  Fish sauce 4 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Lemon 1 , juiced (Use A Little Flesh As Well)
  Dried chili 1⁄2 , crumbled
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Water 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix all the ingredients, except the water, together and beat well.
Add the water and stir well.
If you prefer the sauce less strong, dilute it with more water to taste.
