|Whole sea bass/1.2 kilogram sea bass fillet||2 1⁄2 Kilogram|
|Tomato||1 , thinly sliced|
|Lime||1 , thinly sliced|
|Onion||1 , thinly sliced|
Clean the fish.
Marinate with salt and pepper, sliced onion and lime.
Soften the banana leaf over low heat.
Arrange the fish on the leaf, make a papillote and grill.
