Grilled Fish In Banana Leaf 'Papillote

Ingredients
  Whole sea bass/1.2 kilogram sea bass fillet 2 1⁄2 Kilogram
  Tomato 1 , thinly sliced
  Lime 1 , thinly sliced
  Onion 1 , thinly sliced
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Clean the fish.
Marinate with salt and pepper, sliced onion and lime.
Soften the banana leaf over low heat.
Arrange the fish on the leaf, make a papillote and grill.
