Parmesan Baked Fish

Ingredients
  Flounder fillets/Other fish fillets 1 1⁄2 Pound (Fresh Or Frozen)
  Olive oil/Cooking oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Fine dry bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Snipped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Dried rosemary 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed
Directions

Thaw fish, if frozen.
Cut into serving-size portions.
Dip fish into mixture of olive oil or cooking oil and lemon juice; coat with mixture of bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, parsley, rosemary, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and dash pepper.
Place fish in single layer in greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan.
Bake, uncovered, in 500° oven for 12 to 15 minutes or till fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Sprinkle with additional snipped parsley and serve with lemon wedges, if desired
