Tuna Balls

Ingredients
  Tuna in water 7 Ounce, drained and flaked
  Neufchatel cheese 3 Ounce (1 Package)
  Chopped celery 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Finely snipped parsley 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

Blend tuna and cheese.
Add celery, lemon juice, Worcestershire, and salt; mix well.
Allowing 2 teaspoons for each, form mixture into small balls.
Roll in parsley.
Chill well.
