Ingredients
  Fish 1⁄2 Kilogram
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Fish : Milk Ratio Is 1/2 Kilogram : 2 Cups)
  Onions 4 Large
  Stalk celery 1 , chopped
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Grated cheese 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

1. Grease dish, put in fish with sliced onions.
2. Cover with milk.
3. Cook over very moderate heat for 10-15 minutes.
4. Remove milk, make sauce with flour and butter and pour over fish.
5. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake
