Bluefish With Garlic And Sage is the one recipe that is very quick and easy to make sea-food. This recipe is my own creation and surprisingly I succeded in getting the desired results. Light, crispy, easy and scumptuous recipe. Are all these qualities not tempting you to try it once?
  Bluefish fillet 12 Ounce (1 In Number)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), slivered
  Sage leaves 12 Medium
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Black pepper To Taste
  Lemon wedges 4

Line a 15" X 10" jelly-roll pan with foil; coat the foil with no-stick spray.
Place the bluefish, skin side down, in the prepared pan.
Dot with the garlic and sage.
Drizzle with the lemon juice; add salt and pepper to taste.
Bake at 425° for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the fish turns opaque and just begins to flake when gently pressed.
To serve, cut the bluefish into 4 pieces and lift the pieces from the pan, leaving the skin.
Garnish with the lemon wedges.
