|Dressed carp||3 Pound (Fresh Or Thawed, Frozen)|
|Onion||1 Medium, thinly sliced|
|Parsley sprigs||2 , chopped in large pieces|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Pour 1/2-inch water into a Dutch oven.
Add onion, parsley, bay leaf, peppercorns, and salt; bring to a boil.
Place carp on greased rack; set into pan.
Cover and simmer about 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
