Steamed Carp

Ingredients
  Dressed carp 3 Pound (Fresh Or Thawed, Frozen)
  Onion 1 Medium, thinly sliced
  Parsley sprigs 2 , chopped in large pieces
  Bay leaf 1
  Whole peppercorns 3
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Pour 1/2-inch water into a Dutch oven.
Add onion, parsley, bay leaf, peppercorns, and salt; bring to a boil.
Place carp on greased rack; set into pan.
Cover and simmer about 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
Drain
