Pike On The Grill

Ingredients
  Pike fillets 2 Pound (Fresh)
  Vegetable oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 2 Teaspoon, chopped
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Hot sauce 1 Dash, bottled
  Salt To Taste
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Cut pike into 6 portions.
Place in shallow dish.
Combine oil, lemon juice, parsley, salt, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce.
Pour over fish.
Marinate at room temperature 1 hour, turning once.
Drain, reserving marinade.
Place fish in well-greased wire broiler basket.
Sprinkle with salt.
Grill over medium-hot coals for 5 to 8 minutes; baste with marinade.
Turn and grill 8 to 10 minutes longer until fish flakes with a fork.
Sprinkle with paprika.
