Marinated Anchovies

Ingredients
  Canned flat anchovies fillets 2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Garlic 1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm), minced
  Parsley 1 Teaspoon, minced
  Powdered oregano 1 Pinch
  Lemon 1⁄2 , juiced
Directions

Drain the anchovies, saving oil.
Place fish on a flat dish.
Combine remaining ingredients with the anchovy oil.
Pour over fillets; chill.
