Oven Fried Fish

Ingredients
  Fish fillets 1 Pound (Fresh Or Frozen)
  Slightly beaten egg 1 , lightly beaten
  Canned frozen orange juice concentrate 3 Ounce, thawed (Half Of A 6-Ounce Can, 6 Tablespoons)
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Fine dry bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Diet margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Thaw fish, if frozen.
Combine egg, orange juice concentrate, and soy sauce.
Combine bread crumbs and 1 teaspoon salt.
Dip fish in egg mixture, then in crumb mixture.
Place skin side down in a 12x7 1/2x2-inch baking dish.
Melt margarine; stir in lemon juice.
Drizzle over fish.
Bake in a 500° oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
