Grilled Salmon Steaks

Ingredients
  Salmon steaks/Other fish steaks 6 (Fresh / Frozen)
  Salad oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Snipped parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Grated onion 2 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
Directions

Thaw fish, if frozen.
Place fish in shallow dish.
Combine oil, parsley, lemon juice, onion, mustard, salt, and pepper.
Pour over fish.
Let stand at room temperature 2 hours, turning occasionally.
Drain, reserving marinade.
Place fish in well-greased wire grill basket.
Grill over medium-hot coals till fish is lightly browned, 5 to 8 minutes.
Baste with marinade and turn.
Brush again with marinade; grill till fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, 5 to 8 minutes more.
